What is Jump Rope for Heart?

• It’s an American Heart Association event.

• You jump rope and learn about your heart.

• Kids are helped by the money you raise!

How can I help?

• Be a Heart Hero! Ask for a Jump Rope For Heart collection envelope from your Physical Education (PE) teacher, Ms Apple. Turn in your permission slip to jump and raise money.

• Set your goal by deciding how much money you want to raise.

• Have fun being a Heart Hero!

Coming March 24, 25 ands 26 to Erie Elementary. Be sure to wear sneakers and bring in your envelopes on your gym day.

The St Vrain Valley Board of Education will be conducting a series of forums to provide information about budget cuts and to obtain input from District stakeholders about managing the substantial funding reduction.

Community Meeting at Altona Middle School
Officials with the St. Vrain Valley School District will hold a community forum concerning Colorado’s budget crisis and its impact on the District at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 2, at Altona Middle School, 4600 Clover Basin Drive, Longmont.
